If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, just send it back to us within 10 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.

The Easy Return Process
- We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
- Reverse pick-up may not be available for some remote pin codes. You must self-ship the item in this case

No, as of now 7 days hassle free return policy is valid for customers in India only. For international customers our Warranty Policy is applicable.

Bespoke Dhurries take approximately 55 days but sometimes production is hampered due to festivals or bad weather.

- Worldwide shipping usually takes 3-6 days.

Cancellation of Bespoke Orders
